We inspect all items once return through a brand specific authentication process by a team of luxury experts. If a RETURNED item is confirmed inauthentic, we will terminate your membership without a refund and charge you the manufactures retail price of the item. We reserve the right to confiscate the item and destroy it in compliance with the law.

How It Works:
1.What if I accidentally stain or damage my order?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. But significant damages and theft aren't covered under the insurance.If the item is damaged beyond repair the fee is the manufactures retail price of the item.
If the item is never returned, the fee is double the retail price of the item.
1.How long is a rental?
Our rentals are 4-day reservations. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your reservation beginning.
2.When should I make a reservation?
You can book a reservation up to 4 months in advance. Once you know a date for an event, reserve your footwear.
Changing My Order:
1.How can I make changes to my order?
In the "Orders" section of your "My Account" page, you can make changes to your account. If your order has already shipped, you will not be able to make changes. Have questions? Email us and we can help
2.How do I change my shipping address after I've already placed my order?
Your first order must go to the billing address of the credit card number on file. After Shipping address can be changed. You can make adjustments in the "Orders" section of your "My Account" page.
3.How do I change my rental dates after I've already placed my order?
You can make adjustments to your order if your order has not shipped out yet.
1.What are my delivery options?
We provide free shipping and free returns. We automatically select the appropriate shipping option to ensure your items arrive to you by 8pm on your rental delivery date.
2.What time will my order arrive?
Delivers are usually made between 8am and 8pm during weekdays and Saturdays. We provide tracking number so you can track your package.
How does my Subscription Pre Pay

You will be charged the entire amount of your subscription plan when you sign up.
How will I be billed for my plan?
1.If you choose to pay on a month to month basis your subscription membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis and you will be billed every 30 days at the rate you selected with your payment method on file

4.Do you offer insurance?
Yes, damage insurance is included in the price of each rental. Please note insurance does not cover theft or loss. You will be responsible for the manufactures retail item if it is stolen or lost. If we notice multiple cases of excessive damage to your rentals we reserve the right to close your account at any time without refund.
5. How long will it take to receive a credit or have a hold remove from your credit card?
For any refunds/credits of returned items, please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived at our Fashion House, in order for us to inspect and process the return. After the return is confirmed valid, the hold will be taken off.
