Lswop Rental Policy:

1. What condition are the Sneakers?

With our collection growing so quickly, your sneakers will arrive brand new or in pristine condition. Additionally, we take great care and inspect all of our sneakers before delivery. All returned footwear will be dry-cleaned and inspected by a sneaker technician.

2. Will the Sole of my sneakers arrive dirty?

Lswop sneakers will arrive with custom installed 3M sole protector. Due to this added sole protection and traction, Lswop sneakers are not intended for: ATHLETIC USAGE, USAGE ON SAND OR USAGE ON MUD.

3. Can I take the sole protector off my sneakers?

The Sole protectors are not removable and will protect the soles of footwear from becoming damaged, unclean, or permanently marked. If a sneaker is returned to Lswop without the Sole protector a cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed to the member.

4. Are these Sneakers replicas?

Each and every sneaker on our site is 100% guaranteed authentic or subscription package fully refunded.

Credit Card Authorization:

1. What is an authorization?

Lswop will collect a security deposit by placing a hold on member’s credit card according to the sneakers value selected for the entire rental period, and will be dropped at the time sneakers are returned.

2. How long will it take to receive a credit or have a hold remove from your credit card?

For any refunds/credits of returned sneakers, please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived at our Fashion House, in order for us to inspect and process the return. After the return is confirmed valid, the hold will be taken off (this is dependent on your financial institution timing standards).

My Order:

1. How long is a Sneaker rental?

Our rental period is 4 consecutive days. Member’s rental period begins on the date of delivery confirmation.

2. Can I purchase my Sneaker Rental?

At this time, you are unable to purchase sneakers only rent them.

3. Are the sneakers insured?

Yes, insurance is included in the price of each rental. Please note insurance does not cover theft or lost. Members will be charged a fee of 200% of the retail value of product.

4. When should I make a reservation?

You can book a reservation up to 4 months in advance. Once you know a date, reserve your footwear ASAP.

5. Can I rent more than one Sneaker at a time?

The number of sneaker you can borrow at the same time is subject to your subscription package.

Changing My Order:

1. How can I make changes to my order?

In the "Orders" section of your "My Account" page, you can make changes to your account. If your order has already shipped, you will not be able to make changes. Have questions? Email us at customerservice@lswop.com and we can help.

2. How do I change my rental dates after I've already placed my order?

You can make adjustments to your order if your order has not shipped out yet.

3. What if my sneakers don’t fit?

If members receive ill fitting sneakers, a one time courtesy will be provided for members to replace sneakers. Member is required to notify LSWOP immediately at customerservice@lswop.com and return the product within 24 hours. Replacement sneaker is subjected to product availability.

4. How can I change my subscription package?

Members may upgrade subscription plan at any time during annual contract by contacting customerservice@lswop.com


1. What are my delivery options?

Sneakers will be shipped UPS ground. A signature confirmation is required upon delivery. Shipping is free.

2. How do I return the sneakers?

Members will be provided with pre paid postage label. At the end of the rental period member returns sneakers in a LSWOP pre-paid postage.

3. Do you ship International?

At this time we only ship orders within the U.S. Orders must also be returned from within the U.S.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free. Returns are Free with any our Lswop subscriptions.

5. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time we do not ship to P.O boxes.


1. What if I accidentally stain or damage my order?

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. But significant damages and theft aren't covered under the insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair the fee is the manufactures retail price of the sneaker. If the sneaker is never returned, the fee is double the retail price of the item.

2. Do you charge late fees on late returns?

Due to High Demand, LSWOP will charge a $25 late fee for each day after the due date.
